1. Warranty period
24 months from the date of sale. The condition for the validity of the 24-month warranty period is the performance by HATO or a qualified installer of one paid inspection between 10 and 12 months from the date of installation of the product by the User, which must be confirmed by an appropriate entry in the warranty card.
2. Scope of the warranty
A) Corrosion
Under normal weather conditions, HATO takes over the warranty for coatings resistant to crevice corrosion, scaliness, scratches, blisters and peeling in the area of the company's products. The warranty for the coatings applies to the atmosphere corrosivity class C3 for the SP coating and C2 for the DU coating - in accordance with PN EN ISO 12944-2
B) The aesthetic aspect
HATO guarantees that the degree of gloss, matting or a change in the shade of the facade color in the same position and under the same external conditions will be the same.
3. Warranty conditions
The owner of the building undertakes to subject the coatings to a detailed inspection at least once a year. In the event of any corrosion or other abnormal changes, this must be reported in writing to HATO. The owner of the building undertakes, depending on the location and weather conditions, to clean the facade at least once every two years.

The beneficiary of the guarantee must prove that any defects on the coating are covered by the terms of the guarantee. If this is not the case, HATO has no obligation to provide warranty services.
Moreover, the person entitled to the guarantee must ensure that the treated side is coated with a protective layer when processing the material covered by this guarantee, e.g. by drilling or shortening the panels. Damage caused by inadequate protection will not be covered by this warranty.
In addition, the material must be ready-assembled in its final position, no later than 3 months after sale. On-site storage must be carried out properly and have sufficient protection against the effects of the weather or other adverse external conditions. In addition, the warranty is void if the defect found has been caused by a design defect, e.g. if this design has been damaged.
The warranty does not cover in any event claims for damages due to an impediment to the use of the building or the partial or total loss of material and objects in the building.
5. General provisions
HATO's obligations under the warranty conditions:
A. Claims for damages are limited to the repair of the coating, with HATO being free to choose the materials and method of work used
B. delivery of replacement façade elements in case of damage, if the costs of such delivery do not exceed the original values.
When it comes to defects covered by this warranty, HATO shall bear the costs of repair or replacement delivery, however not greater than the invoice amount reduced by 10% per annum from the date of delivery of the materials. The warranty is granted to the customer and only to him as the Buyer of the material.
This warranty covers only items and products covered by the sales contract.
Damage claims must be submitted in writing (within 5 working days) after the damage has been discovered and during the warranty period, stating the order number, delivery date and invoice number. HATO has the right to inspect the building and material in order to determine the damage and its extent, if it is deemed necessary.
The costs of measures taken and works incurred by HATO on request shall be borne by HATO, however the removal of damages covered by these warranty terms does not extend the warranty period.
The new warranty periods and / or warranty conditions do not apply to materials that are repaired during the warranty period.
The obligation to provide warranty services exists only if all financial obligations towards the guarantor (HATO) are fulfilled.

The seller provides a warranty for a period of 24 months - but no longer than 27 months - from the date of sale by HATO. The seller of the device is the performer of the warranty services (guarantor). Defects revealed during this time will be removed free of charge. The repair will be made as soon as possible, not exceeding 14 days from the date of delivery of the device to the HATO Service Center. The guarantor reserves the right to extend the above period in justified cases. The condition for the validity of the 24-month warranty period is the performance by HATO or its Business Partner of one paid inspection between 10 and 12 months from the date of purchase of the product by the User, which must be confirmed by an appropriate entry in the warranty card. In the absence of inspection, the warranty ends 12 months from the date of sale.

Warranty repair is understood as the performance of specialized activities aimed at removing a defect in the device covered by the warranty. According to the opinion of the HATO service, the device or components, in which material, construction or production defects are found, and therefore malfunctioning, will be repaired or replaced with a defect-free device. The replaced parts become the property of the seller after servicing. The condition for using this warranty is:
Presentation of the correction of the completed warranty card (seller's stamp, serial number of the device, date of sale, sales document number, buyer's data, date and place of installation, buyer's signature)
Description of the product defect and a written complaint notification to the seller
Attaching a valid purchase document (applies to products to which the warranty card is not attached)
2. The warranty does not cover:
▪ improper assembly (inconsistent with the assembly manual) and operation inconsistent with the intended use or the operating manual, design changes and modifications made by the user and third parties
▪ using malfunctioning or damaged products
▪ use of non-original spare parts or accessories other than HATO
▪ too intense work

In the event of 4 unsuccessful warranty repairs, generally considered essential, the buyer has the right to replace the goods with a new one, free from defects. If you purchase several devices in one set, the possibility of replacement applies only to the device, the repairs of which have been unsuccessful four times.

The buyer is obliged to notify the seller about the defect within 2 days from the date of its disclosure

This warranty covers only HATO products installed and operated in Poland

An unfinished and / or non-stamped warranty card is invalid

The warranty does not cover the costs of disassembly, reassembly and commissioning of the product as well as transport to the HATO service.
