The sectional door panel consists of two steel facings, galvanized and coated with varnish, and a polyurethane hard foam insulation core.

The core connects the claddings ensuring a shear load-bearing capacity.

- pre-coating with an external polyester or PU coating, thickness 25 μm (colors from the basic palette)

- coated with PVC foil, thickness 115 μm (wood imitation)
