HEL 12 CONTROL UNIT
HEL12 control boards for the SWING drive is a modern control system based on the PIC16F685 microcontroller. They are made in surface and through-hole assembly technology.
The main module has a microcontroller with a power supply, relays and a radio path.
The main module has modules that regulate the engine power. They are designed to control a swing gate drive with 230 V AC motors. The motor must be equipped with thermal protection.
The system carries out:
- system control by means of a control input (it is possible to connect a control button, code keyboard, magnetic card reader, etc.)
- system control by remote control (HATO rolling code remotes cannot be copied)
- programmable operating times for each track
- operation of the photosensors preventing the gate from closing in the event of the photosensor’s light being cut by an obstacle
- regulation of the power of each engine
- control of the signal lamp
AUTO CLOSING
After programmed time, the system will automatically close the gate (it is recommended to use this operating mode only with connected photosensors).
The estate function
Only the gate can be opened with the remote control. Pressing another remote control while the gate is opening or when it is open will not cause it to close. Closing takes place after the time defined by the auto-closing function.
AUTOMATIC WICKET FUNCTION
The gate opens until the light of the photosensor crosses.
WORKING IN BASIC MODE
Each pressing of the remote control or the manual button causes the next step of the system operation.
