HATO 200
GATE OPERATOR ELECTRONICS
The control boards for the HATO 200 drive are a modern control system based on the ATMEGA 8A - HATO 200 microcontroller. They are made in surface and through-hole assembly technology.
In the case of HATO 200, one module has a microcontroller with a display, buttons and a radio path, and the other has a power supply system and control relays.
The system is designed to control the drive of the lifting gate with a 24 V DC motor. The motor must be equipped with an encoder generating one pulse for each rotation of the rotor.
The system carries out:
- system control by means of a control input (it is possible to connect a control button, code keyboard, magnetic card reader, etc.)
- system control by remote control (HATO rolling code remotes that cannot be copied)
- programmable end positions
- operation of the photosensor preventing the gate from closing in the event of the photosensor’s light being cut by an obstacle
- engine power adjustment
- illumination of the garage for 3 min. from the moment the drive starts running
Auto closing
After programmed time, the system will automatically close the gate (it is recommended to use this operating mode only with connected photosensors).
Gate lock funCtion
The remote control can be used to open the gate only after pressing the button: No. 3 - HATO 200. This prevents the gate from being opened by accidental pressing the button on the remote control.
WORKING IN BASIC MODE
Each pressing of the remote control or the manual button causes the next step of the system operation.
